What is LUMIERE?
LUMIERE is Louisiana’s highest-rated Christmas light park and an immersive experience for guests of all ages. Spanning 32 acres in Stonewall, Louisiana, the experience features a beautifully illuminated half-mile walking trail filled with larger-than-life displays, themed environments, interactive attractions, live entertainment, seasonal treats, holiday shopping, and cherished Christmas traditions.

Is parking free?
Yes, parking is first come first served.
Do I have to purchase my tickets online?
No, tickets may be purchased at the front gate upon arrival. However, we strongly encourage guests to purchase tickets online in advance, as online ticket prices are lower than at the gate and help expedite entry into the park. An electronic ticket and a completed digital waiver are required before admission.
Are children under the age of 2 free?
Yes. However, a waiver must be signed for each adult and child entering the park.
Are all activities included in the purchase price of admission?
Yes! All public activities are included in the purchase of your admission ticket. Food, beverage, and retail may be purchased for an additional cost.
Do you have handicapped parking available?
Yes, we have a limited amount of handicapped parking near the front entrance.
Do you have restroom facilities?
Yes. Restroom facilities are conveniently located near the park entrance. Baby changing stations are available in both the men’s and women’s restrooms for families with young children.
Is LUMIERE wheelchair and stroller friendly?
Yes, our walkways are paved asphalt and we have ADA-compliant restrooms available. Some attractions may have limited accessibility.
What should I wear?
As common in Louisiana, the weather can be unpredictable. We encourage you to check the weather prior to your trip to the park. In the event you need something cooler or warmer, we have apparel for sale in the retail store.
Does LUMIERE have a smoking area?
No, smoking and vape devices are strictly prohibited inside the Christmas Park.
Are pets allowed at LUMIERE?
No. For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, LUMIERE maintains a strict no-pets policy. Pets are not permitted anywhere within the park unless they are participating in a designated pet-friendly event, such as Paws & Claus, or are trained service animals as defined by applicable law.
Guests requesting accommodation for emotional support animals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, emotional support animals are not automatically granted access to the park. This policy is non-negotiable and is in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, performers, staff, and animals on site.
Are Santa pictures free?
Absolutely! Guests are welcome to take photos and videos with their own mobile devices during Santa’s visits to LUMIERE. Santa will be appearing nightly from November 20 through December 24, giving families plenty of opportunities to capture magical holiday memories.
Is outside food and beverage allowed?
No, outside food and beverages will not be permitted. LUMIERE will offer food and beverage options available for purchase.
Does LUMIERE serve alcoholic beverages?
No, LUMIERE does not serve alcoholic beverages.
Does LUMIERE provide security onsite?
Yes, we have partnered with the Desoto Parish Sheriff’s office which will be present each night of the event.
Do you have a space to rent for private parties?
Yes! We have the ability to host 200 people in a private setting for large groups and corporate events. We have partnered with Silver Star for catering. Contact us via email for more information.

We accept cash, card, and contactless forms of payment.

Do you offer refunds?
We DO NOT provide refunds unless you purchase event insurance at the time of purchase.
What is your severe inclimate weather policy?
LUMIERE operates rain or shine and will remain open unless park management determines that severe weather or unsafe conditions require closure. Guest safety is always our top priority.
In the event severe weather requires the park to close early, guests who are already inside the park at the time of closure will receive a raincheck that may be used for admission on another available night during the current season. Any weather-related closures or operational changes will be communicated through our website and social media channels.
Are drugs allowed inside LUMIERE?
LUMIERE is considered a Drug Free zone. Anyone caught with drugs or paraphernalia will be prosecuted to the highest extent of the law and permanently banned from all future events at LUMIERE.
